Designed by the team behind Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, the menu introduces enticing new dishes such as Hereford steak tartare and a special ‘sandwich of the month’ selection, alongside returning favourites such as Hyde Park Porthilly oysters and Heston’s acclaimed triple-cooked chips.
A selection of home-made ice creams and sorbets can be enjoyed, as well as Eton mess, a sumptuous sticky toffee pudding and an array of cakes from the Mandarin Cake Shop.
The dining experience is complemented by a carefully selected range of wines and signature cocktails, including a new summer cocktail ideal for sharing during the long summer evenings.
